Reality Matters · Receipts & sources

A simple way to follow the receipts.

Start with the original record, keep its context, and make it easy for others to check.

Reality Matters · Published October 11, 2026

1. Start with the source.

Look for a direct link to the document or original video. A screenshot or short excerpt may leave out details that change how you understand a claim.

2. Check the context.

Look at the date, who created the record, and what kind of document you are reading. Ask what it establishes and what remains unverified. Read the full document when you can.

3. Keep the link close.

Share the original source alongside the claim. Make it easy for the next person to read, check, and decide.

A place to practice.
